Known for his ability to craft stories through flavor, Chef Alessandro’s arrival marks a significant milestone for the resort’s evolving dining landscape.
A native of Italy, Chef Alessandro’s culinary journey spans multiple continents from Italy, Spain, Switzerland, and the UK to Thailand, China, and Azerbaijan. His global perspective, combined with an Italian soul and a deep respect for local ingredients, forms the foundation of his philosophy: “Every dish should tell a story, connect people, and create a memory worth savoring.”
Prior to joining New World Phu Quoc Resort, Chef Alessandro served as Executive Chef at The Langham, Shenzen, China where he led diverse culinary teams and refined his approach to balancing creativity with consistency. Having also helmed kitchens in luxury hotels and Michelin-recognized establishments, he is celebrated for blending Mediterranean artistry with Asian inspirations, delivering cuisine that is both authentic and contemporary.
